This development will transform the former Village Cartier shopping center into a vibrant community featuring approximately 2,600 residential units, alongside 192,000 square feet of retail space and 182,000 square feet designated for office use. The estimated cost of this redevelopment is around CAD 1.3 billion, promising to enhance local businesses and incorporate green spaces and community areas to enrich the living environment.
Montreal also features prominently in the rankings with the 5600 Sherbrooke Est residential development, which is set to bring 1,200 new residential units to the area.
