Broccolini has initiated construction on a new logistics facility for Automann in Caledon, Ontario, designed to enhance the company's operations and sustainability efforts.

On October 28th, 2025, Broccolini officially commenced construction on a new logistics facility for Automann in Caledon, Ontario. This significant project, which will serve as Automann’s operational hub, is poised to bolster the logistics network in the region and support the growth of both family-owned companies. The facility, sprawling across 333,363 square feet and situated on a 14-acre site, is designed to accommodate future growth and operational efficiency.
The new building will boast a 40-foot clear height, featuring 27 dock doors and three drive-in doors to facilitate the movement of heavy-duty truck and trailer components. Additionally, it will include electric vehicle charging stations for eight vehicles, aligning with the growing trend towards sustainability in construction. The design also anticipates future rooftop solar installations and incorporates high-efficiency fixtures along with drought-tolerant landscaping aimed at reducing water consumption.
Toni Wodzicki, Vice-President of Acquisitions and Investments at Broccolini, expressed excitement about developing Automann's flagship facility, emphasizing its role as a benchmark for logistics and warehousing projects.
