The British Columbia government has officially announced the completion of the Keating Cross Road Overpass on Highway 17. According to an official release, this overpass, referred to as a 'flyover,' is expected to streamline traffic flow on Highway 17, which serves as a critical link to the ferries and Victoria International Airport.
