Menkes Developments Ltd. and QuadReal Property Group officially opened the Millway Avenue Linear Park, part of the Black Creek Renewal project in Vaughan, enhancing community spaces in the South Vaughan Metropolitan Centre.

On October 20, 2025, Menkes Developments Ltd. and QuadReal Property Group proudly announced the public opening of the Millway Avenue Linear Park, situated at the intersection of Interchange Way and Millway Avenue in the South Vaughan Metropolitan Centre (VMC). This park is a key component of Vaughan's ambitious Black Creek Renewal project, which aims to create a network of promenades, plazas, and parks across more than 30 acres.
Designed with careful consideration for the needs of all residents and visitors to the VMC, the Millway Avenue Linear Park features a variety of amenities. Among these are an accessible playground, a custom basketball court equipped with multiple rim heights to accommodate different age groups and skill levels, a gathering space complete with a shade structure and movable seating, as well as expansive open greenspaces for relaxation and recreation.
