Broccolini has commenced construction on a new logistics facility for Automann in Caledon, Ontario, which will enhance Automann’s operations and contribute to the regional logistics network.
On October 28th, 2025, Broccolini officially initiated the construction of a new logistics facility for Automann in Caledon, Ontario. This significant project marks a pivotal moment for both family-owned enterprises, highlighting their ongoing growth and establishing a robust partnership for the future. The facility, which spans 333,363 square feet and is situated on a 14-acre site, will serve as the operational hub for Automann in the region. Designed with efficiency and potential expansion in mind, the new building will feature a clear height of 40 feet, 27 dock doors, 3 drive-in doors, and provisions for electric vehicle charging for eight vehicles. Additionally, the design includes plans for future rooftop solar panel installation and incorporates high-efficiency fixtures along with drought-resistant landscaping to enhance sustainability and minimize water consumption.Toni Wodzicki, Vice-President of Acquisitions and Investments at Broccolini, expressed excitement about developing what he described as a best-in-class logistics and warehousing project for Automann. Wodzicki emphasized the importance of the partnership with Automann and the trust they have placed in Broccolini to deliver a high-quality facility that will support their long-term success.
Dennis Singh Khanduja, President of Automann Canada, remarked that the new facility represents a significant advancement in their growth strategy and commitment to serving customers across Canada. He noted that it will strengthen their supply chain, align with their sustainability objectives, and reinforce their dedication to investing in local communities.
The Honourable Mayor Annette Groves of Caledon also congratulated both companies on this groundbreaking achievement, acknowledging the investment in the town and highlighting Caledon’s advantageous location with excellent transportation access to road, rail, and air networks. Groves pointed out that the region has a large, skilled labor pool and dedicated land for future employment opportunities, making it an attractive destination for major companies.
Broccolini, adhering to its Invest, Develop, Build model, continues to execute projects that foster growth and create long-term value for its clients and the communities they serve.
