Keyera Corp. Reports Strong Quarterly Profit and Dividend Increase Amid Strategic Acquisitions

Keyera Corp. has announced a significant increase in profits and a raised dividend, alongside strategic acquisitions and project developments.
CALGARY, ALTA. – Keyera Corp. has announced a notable increase in its profits for the latest quarter, reporting earnings of $308 million. This translates to a profit of $1.19 per share for the quarter ending June 30, a substantial rise from the $126.5 million or 55 cents per share reported in the same quarter of 2025. The company also highlighted its distributable cash flow per share, which reached 25 cents, marking an improvement from 69 cents per share a year prior. On an adjusted basis, Keyera's profit before deductions was reported at $267 million for the second quarter, up from $252 million in the previous year.In a move to reward shareholders, Keyera raised its quarterly dividend by 4.17%, increasing it from 54 cents to 56.25 cents per common share. This decision reflects the company's positive financial trajectory and commitment to returning value to its investors.
During this quarter, Keyera also completed two significant acquisitions: it acquired Plains’ Canadian NGL business and the remaining stake in KAPS. CEO Dean Setoguchi emphasized that these strategic moves lay a solid foundation for the company's long-term growth and operational expansion.
In addition to these acquisitions, Keyera sanctioned the Alberta Corridor Energy rail terminal project, which aims to integrate its rail terminal with CN’s rail network and AltaGas’ West Coast export platform. This ambitious project is designed to create a comprehensive logistics solution, enhancing the efficiency of transporting natural gas liquids.
