Sutton Group Partners with Ace Project Marketing to Enhance Canadian Real Estate Offerings

Sutton Group has partnered with Ace Project Marketing to enhance project marketing services for real estate agents and developers across Canada, launching a new program aimed at improving presale success rates.

Sutton Group, led by entrepreneur Ross McCredie and based in Vancouver, has announced a strategic partnership with Ace Project Marketing from Kelowna. This collaboration marks a significant step in Sutton Group's ongoing efforts to broaden its reach in the Canadian real estate market. The partnership aims to merge Ace’s extensive project marketing expertise with Sutton's robust national network of over 6,000 agents, creating a synergy that promises to benefit developers, real estate agents, and homebuyers alike.
As part of this collaboration, Ace Project Marketing will introduce a new initiative called Ace Everywhere, a specialized project marketing program tailored specifically for Sutton Group’s agents. According to a joint press release, this program will integrate Ace’s centralized marketing strategies and production capabilities with the localized knowledge and relationships that Sutton’s agents possess. The objective is to equip Sutton agents with enhanced support for working on presale projects, while Ace leverages its expertise to penetrate new markets across Canada.
The companies emphasized that this partnership will significantly benefit developers by combining Ace’s insights into buyer expectations with Sutton’s extensive national reach. They are confident that this collaboration will create a reliable sales and marketing pipeline, facilitating connections between developers, their projects, and potential buyers, alongside the agents who guide them. The streamlined processes are expected to enhance the success rates of presale projects, aligning developments with market demands and fostering long-term success.
Chad MacTavish, CEO of Ace, stated, "Combining Sutton’s national network of 6,000 agents with Ace’s customized market intelligence and project marketing expertise allows us to deliver data-driven solutions grounded in a people-first approach." He highlighted that Ace Everywhere represents a practical strategy for growth alongside Sutton’s agents, merging the strengths of a national platform with the essential local expertise required for successful development.
Sutton Group CEO Ross McCredie expressed enthusiasm about the partnership, describing it as a pivotal advancement in enriching the services offered within the Canadian real estate sector. He noted that this collaboration comes at a crucial time when new-home construction starts and preconstruction sales are facing notable challenges. McCredie emphasized that the partnership aims to contribute to the development of necessary housing solutions that are responsive to the unique needs of various communities, while also providing agents with innovative ways to assist buyers in a shifting market landscape.
The partnership is part of Sutton Group’s broader strategy to enhance its technological capabilities and overall value proposition for homeowners. McCredie has been actively positioning the company for sustained success in an increasingly technology-driven environment since acquiring it through McCredie Investments in 2023. Recent strategic moves include the acquisition of Homicity, a real estate data technology firm, in November 2025, which brought Homicity’s Co-Founder and CEO Jamie Blades on board as Vice President of Technology & Partner Success.
In addition to the Homicity acquisition, Sutton Group has also formed a partnership with the American luxury brokerage Elliman, facilitating a reciprocal referral program for their agents. Earlier this spring, Sutton Group announced a strategic investment from myAbode, an AI-powered deal processing system designed for residential brokerages, which will provide technology to optimize operations for Sutton’s agents.
Sutton Group has been expanding its geographical presence as well, recently opening new offices in Surrey, West Vancouver, Kelowna, Calgary, Stratford, and Gatineau-Ottawa over the past twelve months. This growth reflects the company’s commitment to enhancing its service offerings and adapting to the evolving needs of the Canadian housing market.
