The project is a joint venture between well-known regional developers Emaar Properties and Meraas Holding, with construction management being led by EllisDon. The firm emphasizes a focus on efficient implementation over conventional process-driven methods and offers a “cradle to grave” approach that covers every project stage. EllisDon also showcased its technical capability by presenting a preliminary 4D model outlining logistical sequencing and project delivery, reinforcing its comprehensive service scope. An EllisDon representative explained, “We ensure design and construction services are delivered efficiently.” The announcement reinforces the commitment to integrating advanced digital tools and streamlined management to meet the high demands of sophisticated, internationally benchmarked projects.
