On October 28th, 2025, Broccolini officially began construction on a new logistics facility for Automann in Caledon, Ontario. This project is a significant step for both companies, marking a pivotal moment in their growth trajectory and solidifying a long-term partnership. Automann, recognized as a leader in the supply of heavy-duty truck and trailer components, will utilize the new 333,363 square foot facility, which spans across 14 acres, as its operational hub in the region. The design of the facility emphasizes efficiency and future scalability, featuring a clear height of 40 feet, 27 dock doors, and 3 drive-in doors, alongside provisions for electric vehicle charging for eight vehicles. The structure is also designed to accommodate rooftop solar panels and includes high-efficiency fixtures and drought-resistant landscaping to enhance sustainability and minimize water consumption. Toni Wodzicki, Vice-President of Acquisitions and Investments at Broccolini, expressed enthusiasm about the project, stating, "Broccolini is thrilled to be able to develop Automann’s new flagship facility that exemplifies a best-in-class logistics and warehousing project." He also acknowledged the trust Automann has placed in them to deliver a high-quality facility that will support their long-term success.
