Pitt Meadows Plumbing & Mechanical Systems has announced key leadership appointments to support its growth strategy, enhancing its operational and financial capabilities.
MAPLE RIDGE, B.C. — Pitt Meadows Plumbing & Mechanical Systems (PMP) is embarking on a significant phase of growth, which has prompted the company to bolster its leadership structure. The firm has appointed Sam Revel as vice president and group chief operating officer, Alexandra Desautels as vice president and group chief financial officer, and James Zelinski as group chief of staff. These newly established group-level positions are designed to enhance leadership, planning, financial robustness, operational execution, coordination, and the ongoing development of shared services within the expanding organization, as indicated in a recent release.Matthew Robinson, senior vice-president at PMP, emphasized the necessity of a solid structural foundation to support the company’s growth trajectory. "As the group continues to grow, we need the right structure behind it," Robinson stated. "These changes give our teams stronger support and give each company more room to focus on what they do best. It’s about building the right foundation for the opportunities ahead."
In his new role, Revel will oversee operations, innovation, systems, and execution. Desautels will lead efforts in finance, administration, planning, and the systems vital for sustaining continued growth. Zelinski's role will focus on enhancing communication, strategic priorities, planning, and ensuring alignment across the group.
PMP is also undertaking measures to fortify its senior management team. Kevin Ott will remain as director of construction, while Nathan Robinson will continue as director of estimating and procurement. Additionally, Gordon McDonald has been appointed as senior construction design manager, and Phil Robinson will serve as senior operations manager. Jonathan Brubacher is set to take the role of senior administration manager, and Duncan Stefurak will function as the group controller.
The company asserts that these leadership changes will deepen the leadership capacity across various functions, including construction, estimating, procurement, design, operations, safety, administration, finance, systems, and project delivery.
