Roxborough Communities Unveils The Pacific Apartment Building in Toronto's The Junction

Roxborough Communities has launched The Pacific, a new eight-storey apartment building in Toronto's Junction neighborhood, featuring 120 rental suites and a range of modern amenities.

Roxborough Communities has officially commenced construction on its latest residential project, The Pacific, situated at 2946 Dundas St W in Toronto's Junction area. This new boutique apartment building, which is under construction, is expected to offer a total of 120 rental suites upon completion. The project is noteworthy for its architectural design, which aims to harmonize with the heritage character of The Junction, a neighborhood known for its historic charm.
The Pacific will rise eight stories and will feature a variety of suite layouts, including studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom options, catering to a diverse range of tenants. The building is being developed with a focus on health and wellness, having achieved Fitwel® certification, a globally recognized standard for healthy buildings. This certification is indicative of the project's commitment to providing a high-quality living environment.
Each suite within The Pacific will be equipped with advanced air and water filtration systems, enhancing the quality of indoor living. Additionally, mood-adjusted and natural lighting systems are incorporated into the design to create a more serene atmosphere for residents. These features contribute to a healthier living experience, aligning with the growing trend in the construction sector towards wellness-oriented design.
In terms of amenities, The Pacific will offer a wide range of facilities for residents to enjoy. Planned amenities include a barbecue terrace, a party room, a games room, a private dining room, a café lounge, and a fitness centre. These shared spaces are designed to foster community engagement and enhance the overall living experience.
The project's location at the intersection of Dundas Street and Pacific Avenue positions it well within a vibrant neighborhood, making it an attractive option for potential renters. The Pacific is set to become a key addition to The Junction, which is increasingly recognized for its unique blend of urban living and historic aesthetics.
As of now, the project is valued at $37 million and is expected to contribute significantly to the local economy through job creation and increased housing availability. With a target completion date set for November 5, 2026, The Pacific is positioned to meet the growing demand for quality rental housing in Toronto's competitive market.
