Residents will have access to a range of amenities designed to foster community and support student life. These features include social lounges equipped with a communal kitchen, foosball tables, and multiple gathering areas, along with dedicated study spaces, a wellness and fitness center, and secure bike storage that includes a repair room. The outdoor patio provides a scenic view overlooking Burnabyβs lush forest landscape. The architectural design of Koto was executed by RWA Group Architecture, while the interior spaces were crafted by Ste Marie, with furnishings supplied by Article Furniture. This project not only enhances the housing landscape for students but also contributes to the broader development initiatives in the area.
