Palm Beach County's real estate market is experiencing unprecedented growth, with several exciting new developments underway, including the luxurious La Clara residences.
The real estate scene in Palm Beach County is witnessing an explosive surge, particularly accentuated by the impacts of COVID-19. Ben Schachter, president of Signature Real Estate based in Palm Beach, commented on the remarkable state of the local market, stating, "The Palm Beach County real estate market is the hottest that I have seen in my more than 25 years in the industry." He highlighted that the average price of single-family homes has skyrocketed nearly 40 percent from January 2020 to January 2021, which he described as "absolutely unheard of." This intense activity in the real estate sector is leading to an increase in new construction projects throughout the area. One of the most notable developments is La Clara, a luxury residential project by Great Gulf. La Clara is designed to provide residents with a unique lifestyle experience, featuring large, deep balconies ideal for entertaining. The project is notable for its partnerships with a variety of luxury service providers, including a wine school and a pet spa, catering to both human and canine residents. The architect of La Clara, Siamak Hariri, is renowned for his work on the Bahá’í Temple in Chile, which adds a layer of prestige to the project. Set to open in early 2023, La Clara offers residences priced between $2 million and $9 million and has already achieved a remarkable sales milestone, with 60 percent of the units already sold. This development is just one of several exciting new projects that are rising in Palm Beach, reflecting the area's growing appeal among affluent buyers. As the market continues to evolve, these new constructions will contribute significantly to the landscape of Palm Beach County, further establishing it as a prime destination for luxury living.
